COMING SOON

Situated in Grant County, Indiana, Collabora is a collective of six Grant County-focused, non-profit organizations working together to intentionally and strategically serve the needs of our community. In early 2026, we plan to open a welcoming, hospitable environment in a state-of-the-art facility shared by the Community Foundation of Grant County, Grant County Economic Growth Council, Grant County Visitors Bureau, Greater Grant County, Project Leadership, and United Way of Grant County.

About Collabora

Organizations working together to improve community.

By harnessing the collective strengths of these valued organizations, Collabora demonstrates the power of partnership in driving meaningful change and sustainable progress. As we pave the way for collaborative leadership and community-driven solutions, we aim to set a precedent for other regions in Indiana to emulate fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, unreasonable hospitality, and shared prosperity statewide.

Economies of scale put to action.

Our Vision & Mission

VISION

Utilize a shared space to increase collaboration and innovation so we can accelerate collective strength in Grant County.

MISSION

As a shared space where community intersects with forward-thinking leaders, Collabora is a catalyst to:

  1. Increase access to services
  2. Reduce the barriers to collaboration
  3. Share resources to conduct and expand each organizations capacity to drive innovative, change in Grant County.
What's Next?

In preparation for the launch of Collabora, the six organizations have collaborated through the second round of Third Path, a multi-year capacity-building program. As Collabora Stewards, these organizations have partnered with Indiana Communities Institute at Ball State University and Creative Insight Community Development to create a county-wide strategic vision as well as to develop strategies for activating and implementing recommendations.
